How to Find Elmbrook Chiropractic We’re located on the northwest corner of Calhoun Rd. and North Ave. in the Norcal Professional Building. Please enter through the Calhoun side (east), as our North Ave. door doesn’t permit entrance. Our office is across the road from the Ruby Isle Shopping Center, one mile from both Bluemound Rd. and Capitol Dr.
